Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and chosen delivery method. All shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order.

Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop are not legally binding. After entering all personal contact information and by clicking the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order is considered binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation is sent. If you do not receive confirmation or the actual delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.

Payment

All stocked items are to paid for in full in advance. These will be despatched as soon as the payment is cleared. For bespoke service items a small deposit will be reqiured to secure the order. Full payment will be required when the order is complete. This will then be dispatched when payment is cleared. Payment methods accepted are: Cheque, Postal Order, Credit and Debit Card payment through Paypal.

Delivery

All stocked items will be despatched within 48 hours of cleared payment. Orders under £10 will be sent by first class post. Orders under £50 (and over £10) will be sent by first class recorded delivery. Orders over £50 will be sent by next day Special delivery. Daintyprettythings cannot be held responsable for postal matters out of our control.

Cancellation

Orders for stock items can be cancelled with 24 hours of order. After this they will be packed and in the postal system. Bespoke orders will incure a cancellation fee if work has already been started on the item. This fee will be the deposit amount. .

Returns policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase please inform us within 1 week of delivery. Items maybe be returned if damaged. Every effort will be made to send a replacement. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be given. Any stocked item may be returned for exchange for another item providing they are returned undamaged. A refund will not be given but can be exchange for another item or a credit note towards future items. Any returned items should be sent to the address on the Contact page.
